JMHS Refurbishment News

Andy Evans Refurb July 2016

JMHS has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment of the main block. The main block, which dates back to the 1960’s, has been vastly improved and now boasts new fire doors, new windows and a series of improvements to the outside fabric of the building.

The refurbishment has been made possible by a second successful bid for Government money. JMHS won the first allocation of grant funding of £706,873 from the Education Funding Agency.

Phase One of the multi-thousand pound refurbishment project is complete. Phase Two of the project will take place over the summer holidays and will see a further £100k spent on much needed improvements.
