Year 9 faced fierce weather conditions on Monday 26th September, as well as tough opposition. In the pool games they faced Hereford Cathedral and St Marys; we finished 2nd in the pool which lead through to the semi finals. The girls fought tirelessly and great performances were put in by all, especially Karoline Rumjanceva who made her first appearance in a JMHS hockey shirt!
Unfortunately we lost 2-0 to Whitecross in the semi final, however no goals were conceded in the second half which highlights the improvement seen throughout the tournament. Bring on the Hockey League!
