Our Year 10 football team are through to the county football final on Wednesday 8 May.
During a very physical game against John Kyrle High School, two Ryan Halford goals either side of half time were the difference between the two sides. JMHS had all of the best chances and created plenty of them. Brad Potter and Ronan Chowns Higgs coming close to scoring had it not been for an excellent string of saves from the JKHS keeper. The team tries to play a very mature brand of football, not being afraid to consolidate possession, pass the ball backwards if needed and re-launch an attack. I wish the boys all the very best for the final.
