Pastoral support for our Sixth Formers
Everybody has times of need where good support is crucial and never more so in the two years students spend in the Sixth Form.

Here at JM6 we have a strong pastoral team, with regular 1-1 tutor mentor sessions during morning tutor time; a weekly confidential drop-in session with Nurse; a dedicated Sixth Form team as well our own Pastoral Lead Mrs Crickett, who is at hand to talk to, give advice and make any necessary referrals.
We believe in a holistic approach – good mental health enables good academic success. In addition to our in-house team we have external support from Briony our school nurse who is available for a confidential Sixth Form drop service on a Tuesday morning.
