Fully funded gap year volunteering with the British Red Cross:

The International Youth Volunteering Programme (IYVP) offers young people (aged 18+) the chance to volunteer overseas in another European country for eight to twelve months. Travel, accommodation and insurance costs are covered and volunteers will receive a small monthly allowance to cover additional expenses.
