Our poet in residence Kurly McGeachie has returned to JMHS today. He is running workshops all day in the school library with students from years 7 to 10. Almost 50 students have requested to take part!
This year we are creating poems around the subject of “Truth.” There is lots of creative work happening in the library today and the students are really enjoying this opportunity to explore rap and rhyme!
We can’t wait to see how the poems and raps develop!
