On Friday 3 March Sixth Form students fundraised for ‘Sock it’ which was a charity event run by Beat (the UK’s eating disorder charity) which helps improve the way services and treatment is provided, and supports sufferers and their families. https://www.b-eat.co.uk/
This was part of ‘National Eating Disorders Awareness Week 2017’ and students wore an array of bright, colourful and silly socks to raise awareness of eating disorders raising over £50 which is enough to run an online support group for carers.
