Congratulations to Y12 Student Will Flaherty.
Will has taken part in the Royal Society of Chemistry’s 51st annual Olympiad, which is an opportunity for students to be challenged to develop their creative thinking and apply their knowledge to new and interesting contexts in Chemistry. Will has had to take a very challenging written test which pushes his chemistry knowledge and understanding beyond that which is covered within the boundaries of the A-level course.
Will was awarded the Silver Certificate for Round One of the Olympiad and we have high hopes for Will’s future achievements.
