JMHS vs Wigmore
This afternoon, our Y7 football team put in a robust and commanding performance to defeat Wigmore 0-3 and earn a place in the final of the HSFA County Cup on Tuesday 9 May.
JMHS dominated the first half but could not capitalise on some good opportunities to score and had nothing to show for it at half time, apart from a scare at the other end following a rare defensive lapse. Two quick fire goals from Fin and Max respectively both goals assisted by Elliot who worked tirelessly all game get the ball rolling and eased nerves at the start of the second period. JMHS continued to dominate and Elliot scored with about 5 minutes to play to put the result beyond doubt.
