FJMHS has been quiet for the last three years but this charity has still supported our school,
financing and enabling match funding of projects such as the Don Rule Bistro cooking rooms,
teaching equipment and the theatre’s raked seating.
FJMHS needs at least 3 people to keep it in operation, could this be you?
The current three committee volunteers no longer have students in the school and are stepping
down.
FJMHS could just stay ‘sleeping’, continuing it’s quiet but important role, with a committee of three.
This would involve meeting up just once a term with minimal other activity, such as signing lottery
returns.
It would be great if FJMHS were to become more active again, with social and fundraising events like
providing refreshments at the School Production at the Christmas Carol Service. To bring Friends
back to life it needs volunteers, be they staff, parents or friends of the school. Please seriously
consider getting involved.
FJMHS needs people for the roles of Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. More people could be exciting.
