Y7 were treated to a lively performance by the poet and rapper Karl Nova this morning.
Karl entertained the Y7’s with stories about his journey to becoming a rapper and poet and publishing his amazing books of poetry.
Karl held a workshop after his performance with some Y7 and Y8 students in the school library. Karl will be returning to JMHS on the 8th June to work with these students to create poetry which we will be performing at the Poetry Festival on the 5th July.
