We arrived safely having been treated to some lovely music from the boys at the back of the bus for the early hours of the journey. We made it up the Dom tower for an early morning view of the city despite a record number of moans. Arnie Fleck and Mrs. Whitton put everyone to shame on the ice rink and the students were riveted by the chocolate factory. Sunday was Fantasialand and with two new rides open since last year Mr. Paton was giddy with excitement, although regretted eating Mrs. Ward’s cake as well as his own after feeling very ill on the last few rides. With one night left the students had a last chance to sample the amazing food from the German market and do some Christmas shopping. Overall the students from JMHS conducted themselves exceptionally well and were a credit to the school.
