County Athletics Success at Nunnery Wood

On Saturday 9th June JMHS had a record number of students qualify to compete for Malvern at the County Athletics Tournament held at Nunnery Wood. For most track events there were heats prior to the finals, Molly Schofield and Joseph Fisher competed however just missed out on a finals place. JMHS were successful in a range of events, throughout the age groups, against schools from all over Herefordshire and Worcestershire;

Caroline Rumjanceva (Y10) Long Jump 8th 4.02m

Jim Bell (Y10) Shot 9th 9.34m

Harry Ramsey (Y8) Shot 10th 7.95m
